At H1 CrossFit we offer the experience of one on one personal training in a group setting.

Our program delivers a fitness that is, broad, general, and inclusive. Every session is packed with laughter, loud music and fist bumps. There is a great social network and we’re never short of sweat, laughter and training hard. We have an awesome vibe and a very social membership base.

The discipline of CrossFit has a holistic fitness focus, dealing with all muscle groups and types of exercise to ensure overall fitness and conditioning as well as nutrition and health mindset.

CROSSFIT:

In a CrossFit class your coaches will take you through a warm up, a skills or strength session and a workout. You will get the value of personalised one-on-one coaching in a group setting. At H1, CrossFit is one of the key foundations to everything else we offer. We believe the right CrossFit program is one of the most effective ways to achieve a wide variety of health and fitness goals. No matter your experience level in CrossFit or weight training, we meet you exactly where you are on your fitness journey. Therefore we set all of our members on a path to success with completely customised experiences in our CrossFit Programs

Nutrition

At H1 CrossFit, we believe in a holistic approach to fitness and wellness. And that starts with Nutrition. If you think of your overall approach to fitness like a pyramid, nutrition really should act as the bas We have a fully qualified nutritionist on our coaching team available to help you understand exactly how to maximise your exercise results with a healthy, measured approach to nutrition. No matter what your longterm fitness goals may be. Our food and nutrition plans at H1 CrossFit focus on helping members achieve and maintain healthy body weight and mass composition to propel them to perform their best during our fitness programs. As practitioners of CrossFit ourselves, we can’t stress enough the power of eating right for energy, performance, and confidence outside of the gym.

Personal Training

We offer one on one personal training if you prefer more personalised training on your own or you are working towards a specific skill or goal and would like individual coaching. Personalised instruction means that every second of your gym time is devoted to meeting your needs. Your personal coach can help you build a specific skill set, strengthen weak areas, gain a competitive edge in your sport, and stay motivated to reach your goals.

Olympic Weighlifting

As part of an Unlimited Membership you have access to our H1 Barbell classes, two nights a week. These focus on skills, drills and technique of the Olympic lifts (Snatch and Clean & Jerk). If you're looking for improve your technique, are new to Weightlifting/CrossFit or just keen to get better these classes are great for everyone!

Skills Classes

There are certain movements in CrossFit that require more practice and dedication than others. At our specialist skills classes we dedicate focused time to practicing these skills in smaller class groups with a dedicated coach.
