What is Crossfit?

At H1 CrossFit we offer the experience of one on one personal training in a group setting.

Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Every session is packed with laughter, loud music and fist bumps. There is a great social network and we’re never short of sweat, laughter and training hard. We have an awesome vibe and a very social membership base.

The discipline of CrossFit has a holistic fitness focus, dealing with all muscle groups and types of exercise to ensure overall fitness and conditioning.

Your first week is free! You are welcome to attend any classes on the schedule that suit you to see what all the fuss is about! The workouts will be modified to suit whatever level you are currently at.

Once you sign up you will be taken through an “On Ramp” course. The course consists of 4 x 1 hour long classes that are designed to develop skills, educate and prepare you for our CrossFit programme. These courses have no more than 4 athletes to a coach for a indepth and personalised experience.

Our services


In a CrossFit class your coaches will take you through a warm up, a skills or strength session and a workout. You will get the value of personalised one-on-one coaching in a group setting.


Nutrition is an integral part of training and we have a fully qualified nutritionist on our coaching team available for nutrition advice or one on one nutrition coaching. We also run regular team nutrition challenges and information sessions.

Personal Training

We offer one on one personal training if you prefer more personalised training on your own or you are working towards a specific skill or goal and would like individual coaching.

Olympic Weighlifting

As part of an Unlimited Membership you have access to our H1 Barbell classes, two nights a week. These focus on skills, drills and technique of the Olympic lifts (Snatch and Clean & Jerk). If you're looking for improve your technique, are new to Weightlifting/CrossFit or just keen to get better these classes are great for everyone!
