H1 CrossFit Male Body Transformation

Our H1 CrossFit Transformation Challenge is suited to anyone wanting to lose body fat, increase muscle tone, get fit, kick bad habits, and improve your mindset. You’ll learn how to prepare simple, healthy meals to reach your health and fitness goals. We’ll share all our tips and tricks to create a healthy lifestyle … and have you maintain it for life!

Personalised Nutrition

There will be two options for this challenge, for those new to nutrition plans and coaching the goal will be to teach you how the food you correct portioning, as well as how what you eat affects your body, your performance, and your overall health.  For those more experienced with nutrition plans there is the option for tracking your individualised macros based on your goals: body fat loss / muscle gain / athletic performance.

Habit Building App

Both plans will give you access to our app for daily check-ins which are reviewed weekly by a nutrition coach for accountability and to ensure that the plan is working for you. We will also be focusing on habit change, with one habit per week each building on the one from the week prior.

Online Support & Group Accountability

Get unlimited access to our online nutrition coach, plus access to our Facebook community group.

2 x Beginners On Ramp classes for those new to CrossFit

As part of the challenge you will have access to our beginners On Ramp course if you are new to CrossFit. The course consists of 2 x 1hr classes that are designed to develop skills, educate and prepare you for our CrossFit programme. These courses have no more than 4 athletes to a coach for a in-depth and personalised experience.

Access to a Qualified Nutritionist for questions & guidance throughout the challenge

The challenge is lead by Lynette Theron a qualified Nutritionist, Leadership and Behaviour Coach & Crossfit Level 2 Trainer. Lynette also has a Bachelors Degree in Social Sciences with a focus on habit change and the development, structure, and functioning of human society.

Plan adjustments if required based on online check ins

If the plan is not working we will adjust it for you based on your online check ins.

Pre & Post Composition Measurements

Using weight alone as a benchmark to measure progress does not work. Muscle weighs 3 times as much as fat, so if your weight is increasing on the scale by 1kg there is no way of knowing if that's 1kg of muscle or 1kg of fat which will be 3 times larger than 1kg of muscle. We use a body composition scanner to measure body composition, which divides your weight into different components, such as water, lean body mass and fat mass, to better understand how changes in diet, lifestyle and training regime are influencing overall body composition. You will do a pre-challenge measurement and we will use this data to formulate your nutrition plan for the challenge. We then do a post-challenge measurements to assess your results.
