HOLD POLICY
Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and 6-12 Month Membership Agreements: Hold requests must be submitted no less than 2 weeks in advance of the hold start date. You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year and for no more than twelve (12) weeks in total per calendar year. The hold must be (2) weeks at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume. Note that if you choose to cancel your membership whilst on hold, the 30 day cancellation policy still applies and your membership will resume for the final 30 days.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All membership agreements require 30-days notice to cancel your membership. This form must be completed to serve as your 30-days cancellation notice. Note that any fees and purchases scheduled to charge within that 30 day’s notice window will be billed through to the expiry of the membership. All payments are non-refundable. Early termination of a membership before the end of the registered term agreement will require a termination fee of the difference between the membership you should have been on. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
