What is Crossfit?
At H1 CrossFit we offer the experience of one on one personal training in a group setting.
Our program delivers a fitness that is, broad, general, and inclusive. Every session is packed with laughter, loud music and fist bumps. There is a great social network and we’re never short of sweat, laughter and training hard. We have an awesome vibe and a very social membership base.
The discipline of CrossFit has a holistic fitness focus, dealing with all muscle groups and types of exercise to ensure overall fitness and conditioning as well as nutrition and health mindset.
